went to sweat it out this morning. woke up 6.45 in the morning. started my wonderful morning, with a jog round the polluted estate. i ran 5/4 round my estate, i stop 3-4 times, to walk for 1 min, to catch my breath. i din took the lift, i walk the stairs to the 8th level. i was panting outside my house like one pathetic dog.
